(no subject)

Making fun of Hikago is fun. XD I went to Akichan's Anime Club meeting with her yesterday, and they're watching Hikaru no Go- at the Insei arc now- and everybody was making fun of it (in a good way), and laughing hysterically every time Hikaru or Akira started talking about each other, or whenever Ogata decided to try to get them together. Because we all know that there's no subtext in Hikago. It's ALL TEXT. XD Even the guys were agreeing. Best thing of the night, though? The first time they really showed Isumi and Waya talking together- I think it's when they're bashing Kishimoto- one of the girls was like, "Yeah, they're SO fucking." *laughs* Um, yeah, you think? XD

I should probably attempt to pack for Anime North this weekend, as I'm not completely sure when we're leaving tomorrow. Probably early. Ugh. I want to go, don't get me wrong, I just don't want to have to get up wicked early. Because I'm lazy, but you guys should already know that. I should also be reading blind_go stuff- I at least want to guess two people, dammit, and the deadline is tomorrow. >_< I've also got a half finished fic sitting here in notepad that I'd brought with me on my flash drive that I should really, really finish. Um.... epic fail, anyone?

Not a lot of anime this time, actually. A lot of The Office. Watched Supersize Me for the first time. Also sort of watched Across the Universe, but I wasn't really paying that much attention and I couldn't honestly tell you whether it was good or not. There's a plan at some point to go out and see the new Chronicles of Narnia movie. I'm not sure when that's going to happen, but, you know, whatever. XD

Laptops are weird, by the way. I'm sitting here on Akichan's lappy and it's just.... weird. The keyboard is different, mostly, and then there's the no mouse thing. Because honestly, the square pad built in is NOT a mouse. XDDD I'm thinking that I'll stick with the PC's, honestly. XD
