Went out with Stef. I ended up getting a paper cutter for scrapbooking (Dude, I can't cut a straight line to save my life, which has always been the bane of my existance in trying to scrapbook. I started ripping paper randomly to cover for this fact. XD), some sticker paper for my sticker maker (always useful), and a big pack of "far east" style scrapbook paper (which are GOREGEOUS, let me tell you! For the curious... some of them are colored just a little bit differently than the pictures, but it still gives you a good idea. ^_^)... for $25. I'm really freaking proud of myself for that one.
I also found Apollo Justice. The style is a little bit edgier and more artistic in parts, though it keeps the same basic format, which I like. Apollo is freaking adorable. And what the fuck happened with Payne's hair? And I really, REALLY want to know what happened to Phoenix! RAWR!
All in all, it was a productive day. I didn't get the DVD player like I'd planned, because we didn't find anything, but I have next week too... and worse comes to worse, there's always online. I found one on the Walmart website that apparently isn't in my local store but it got rave reviews, and it's a little less than $150. I can handle that.
