In the year 2007 I resolve to: Slap stupid people in the head. Get your resolution here.

....the only problem with this is that I'd be slapping people in the head 24/7. *sigh* Still funny that I got this, though.

Updates, recs, and fics, oh my!

I really need to stick these back-up entries onto LJ. I've got... *counts* 8 sitting here on my computer, including this one. My recs also BADLY need to be updated. And actually, all of the fics I read over Mom's vacation that I haven't put onto my offline rec list are sitting on my desktop. Do I even need to tell you how crowded my desktop is right now? It's usually a bit crowded for the simple fact that I'm lazy, but this is just... woah.

The only bad part is that I can't actually do either of those things until Friday because mommy dearest has the next two days off. Bugger. (.....bugger? I think SOMEONE'S been reading a little bit too much Harry Potter fanfic lately...)

So I was *trying* to watch episode 68 of Prince of Tennis on YouTube, and it was missing a big chunk of stuff. So I ended up on this other site, and the difference in quality is just enormous. If I could set it up so I could watch it online off of AnimeEpisodes.net like I do with YouTube, I'd totally do that instead. AE is just such better quality- like I can actually READ the song lyrics in the beginning. And everything is just so much clearer... *sigh* Right about now I would just about kill for my own damn internet connection so I could watch that instead of YouTube. .........at least for anime, anyway. Ooooh, I just had a thought- I wonder if I can actually download episodes from AE? I can't test it out now, but I'll have to check on Friday. Can't hurt to try, right? It would be SO awesome if I could. Then again, I'd probably spend the entire night downloading Hikaru No Go episodes and nothing else would get done. But if it turns out I can't do it, then I'm no worse off than I am now, so it doesn't really matter either way. It would just be cool.

I'm in the middle of this HikaAki fic that's quite interesting... but extremely long. Not that I'm complaining or anything. But still. I should go and finish that. Or watch the three Prince of Tennis episodes I have set up, because the sooner those are gone the sooner I can reboot my computer- and it needs it. Poor thing hasn't been rebooted in a several days. *pets computer* It's holding up rather well, considering. It's a good little computer. *pets it again*

Okay, yeah. Prince of Tennis first. Then shut this down for a while and bed. And later... HikaAki! (and Suikoden V, which I actually DID NOT work on today *gasp*, and MuggleCast, and possibly starting up Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince the UK version... if I can put my hands on it, but nevermind -.- I'm pretty sure it's in the livingroom. I think. I'm half tempted to check now, but I also don't want to be out there when mom comes home, either. Damn!). Later!
