(no subject)

Dude. I'm gone for two days and all hell breaks loose? What the fuck?! I look at my friends list and I see stuff about the Kremlin taking over LJ and stuff... jeez. XD Why do I always miss the good stuff? On another note... I know what Kremlin means, but the word always makes me think of the Gremlins movies. XDDD Unavoidable, I suppose.

First draft of fifthmus done. Bad ending, all around just... bad. Guh. My recipient is going to want to kill me. On that note... anybody not writing for fifthmus, want to beta? XD I also got my drabble_trade assignment. It's... well, it's doable. I think. XD We'll see how it goes, let me put it that way.

So the "big storm" we were supposed to get didn't really amount to much. We got a little bit of snow and some ice. That was about it. Pretty mild... though the ice made walking home fun, as I almost fell on my ass a couple of times. I really need new winter boots. The ones I have are a few years old and just don't work very well on ice. And they're not tall enough. And they don't really keep moisture out. And... yeah. Though if I move down south like Jet suggested, I won't need boots! ^_~

I feel like there was something else I wanted to say, but I can't think of what it was, and I'm hungry. XD So I'll make food and come back in a bit, I think. ^_^;

Yay yay yay, now I can actually do stuff! And not stay up till ungodly hours of the morning! Although... I'm a little bit of a moron. <_< I forgot that my printer plugs into the computer through a USB port, so when I transfered a USB port from Kuwabara to Oishi, I assumed it was my external hard drive. And then I was freaking because Ochibi wasn't working. *headdesk* Try plugging him in, Ver. XDDD Needless to say, Ochibi is now working. And! This computer actually reads Ed (the flash drive that wouldn't work on Kuwabara)! So I can get on mom's computer tonight, save the couple of files I have on her computer, and actually transfer them here. Without having to set Ochibi up in there, which is a pain in the ass. WOOT!

...Okay, bad. This is the second time Oishi has just up and restarted for no apparent reason, and with no warning. Gah. I wasn't even really doing anything! ...figures.
