Hmm. I've never really thought about it, honestly. I mean, I've ALWAYS had guy friends... I generally feel more comfortable around them, which I guess might've been a clue when I was young. I've actually had more guy friends than girl friends (though my friendships with girls seem to last longer, strangely enough- when I was younger, before I realized I was gay, it seemed like every time I was friends with a guy, he would at some point just randomly stop talking to me for no apparent reason. I still haven't figured that one out.) I don't really think it's something they think about too much, if they're not interested in you romantically. If you're cool enough that he wants to be friends with you, it probably doesn't matter that much what your sexuality is... though I'm sure it would be different if I was a gay man. ^_^;;; Although not being straight has the advantage that a guy friend talking about girls isn't weird. Except when he forgets himself and says something not very nice about women, in which case I have to kick his ass.
......you know, if that makes any kind of sense at all, and I don't think I really answered your question, but you know. XD I'd say either way, if you're going to be friends with a guy, you need to relax and just be you. They respond to that. ^_^
