I had the Acer Aspire One for a little while and I eventually sold it for $50. The specs were just so low-end that even though I went into it with my eyes open, I just couldn't live with it. Instead, I bought the Lenovo X220 and couldn't be happier. They're having some sales right now, and if all else fails, e-mail me and I'll show you a link for shareholder purchases with discounts (they don't check if you're actually a shareholder.) Sometimes the consumer-side sales are better than the discounts, though.
As for accidental insults, phew! *couldn't help giggling* That sounds like a candidate for notalwaysright.com to me. XDDDD
