☁ In other news, I sent apartment guy a text back last night saying that Monday's better for me, but today's fine as long as I get at least a few hours notice before they want to do the meeting. Which I don't think is an unreasonable request, but it's now almost 1:30 and I haven't heard anything one way or another, so I'm getting really anxious. I'm not sure whether this guy is just bad at texting or if I have unreasonable expectations (but come on, if you want me to meet you in the afternoon, wouldn't it be best to let me know... oh, I don't know, before the afternoon? Maybe that's just me). So no idea what's going on there. I'm more or less ready to go when I do get a message, though. Just... waiting. I wish he'd let me know already, because since the bus doesn't come here on Sundays, I have to walk to the mall, which is a good hour walk- hence why I suggested tomorrow. I don't want to walk up there if I don't have to, but if I -am- going down there today, I... kind of need to know before it gets TOO much later, you know?
☁ I also texted Stef about borrowing her and her dad's truck, trying to find out a date that's good for her so I can tell the landlord SOMETHING for a date, you know? And she seems to be under the impression that I have a date already, and I'm like... uh, you're the one with access to the truck, dear, you tell me what's good for you. XD So I don't really know what's going on with that, either. *facepalm*
☁ And I haven't really gotten anything useful done today besides a load of laundry and a shower because I don't want to get too involved in anything. >_<
☁ Also, as an aside, this explains so much about my mother and my relationship with her that it's kind of terrifying. I've suspected it for a while now, but this pretty much confirms it for me, even though we'll probably never get an actual diagnosis because, of course, there's nothing wrong with her and she's always right.
