First of all, happy late Thanksgiving to everyone who celebrates it. ^_^ I spent my Thanksgiving... working. You know. Because I wanted to do something new and different. <_<

It's kinda cold in here tonight. Of course, it's freezing outside (especially with the wind- yipes!), so it might stand to reason. XD

Today... has not been a good day. I lost my cell phone on my way home- I knew I had it when I left work, because I sent a text message on the way home. But by the time I was walking in the front door at home, it was gone. T_T Went up and down the street looking for it- twice- and have I mentioned that it's FUCKING COLD? Yeah. Still didn't find it. I'd pretty much decided that I was going to have to wait till morning when it was light out... I switched service to a back up phone I have, so that even if someone found my phone they wouldn't get service on it... and then I decided to take one more look outside. Lo and behold... I see my cell phone. Let me tell you, guys, I was luckier than shit, because guess where it was? In the middle of the street. In the middle of the center lane, to be more exact, as that's a switching lane and is perhaps why no one ran over it. Also the holiday thing, and the time of day. It was there from a little after 10pm to about 1am and didn't get smashed into bits. XDDD Of course, the downside now is that I can't get the virgin mobile site to switch my damn phone back so I have service on the one I like. (There's a reason why the one I'm using now is a back up- only when I absolutely have to, because I hate it.) I don't know if maybe I have to wait 24 hours or what- but I'm sure as hell not going to call them, because they charge 10 bucks to do that stuff over the phone. Bastards. The other downside is that mom has (technically) today off, so I'm going to have to beg her for five minutes on the computer so I can take care of this.

I also have to work from 3-12. On Black Friday. Shoot me?
