Public Service Announcement: My internet connection has been really spotty off and on the last few days. Which really BLOWS, because I never know when it's going to drop. Well, that and aim doesn't seem to sign me off till an extended time after it goes. So if anybody tries to message me on AIM when it says I'm on and I don't respond after about ten minutes, please try to poke me again. It's one of two scenarios, one of which is normal, one is not. XD 1- I'm getting food/in the bathroom/on the phone/got distracted by something shiny; 2- My god damn internet is out again, and I will be back when I can.

July 9th, 2008 10:33 pm1. Guh, I hate cleaning. >_< It would help if I wasn't such a horrible slob, but whatever. (No, I know you guys don't believe me, but seriously. XD I'd take pictures to prove it but it's WAY too mortifying. XD) The good part of this is that I've found the extra mouse and keyboard that came with Oishi- so when I have to hook up Isumi for any reason, I can use that mouse instead of the HORRIBLE USB one that barely works. And this, to a point, works better than my old keyboard... it's a cheap one, though, and sometimes I've got to push a key a couple of times to get it to work. Annoying. I may end up just hooking the old one back in.
2. Being a girl SUCKS, and that's all I've got to say about that. Though at least I had the day off yesterday when I was really in pain. That's a good thing. ^_^;;;
3. Three more episodes of Karin before I'm done. It's crack and so cute. I think I'm going to rec this one to Stef, actually, since I think it'll be something she'll like. Her favorite that I've given her is Ouran High School Host Club, after all. XDDD
4. After Karin... oh I don't know, maybe Bus Gamer? It's only 3 episodes and is supposed to be good... I dunno. I should probably watch the stuff I'm already in the middle of... like Bleach. Or Elfen Lied. Or, you know, BLEACH. XD What's funny about that, though, is that I get into it when I'm watching it- but when I'm not watching it, it's like "meh, I don't feel like it." I'm half wondering if I should just drop the damn thing and be done with it, to be honest.

If you didn't read all that, and honestly I don't blame you at all if you didn't because I'm sure it's very boring, basically everything sucks and I just want to crawl into bed and stay there until the universe decides to stop fucking with me. On a completely unrelated note, Ebony is so cute when she just walks up to me going *purr~meow*. I had to share. XD
Now, onto a meme! You know, somehow this doesn't surprise me...
(Apparently, there are spoilers in the character descriptions that are below the pictures. Fair warning.) Though Bleach is currently pissing me off. Episode 12 won't play sound. I tried some others and they work fine- it's just 12. Gah. Also, I found out that the opening song I hate changes at Episode 26- and I checked that out, and it's a song I like. Thank god. I was frightened for a while there that all of the music was going to suck. XD
And oh my god, I love Karin. XD And... is it just me, or is there a definite Tatsuki/Orihime thing going on there? Maybe just wishful thinking on my part (yay yuri! ^_^), but still. And every time I see Tatsuki on the screen, the first thing that pops into my head is "female Waya". I think it's the hair. XD

2. I got hit on by an old guy the other day. *shudders* Ugh. Why is it always babies or perverted old men? XD
3. I've officially started buying healthier food. It's something I've been needing to do, really. We'll see how long that continues. First the food, then the ungluing the ass from the chair thing. Joined sparkpeople with the intent of actually using it- I know I'll forget to track stuff, because I'm like that, but there's lots of other stuff on there. And it's free, yay!
4. Eye appointment in a little more than an hour and a half. I kinda don't feel like going. Of course I'm going to, though, and a shower might change my mind a little bit.
5. I've been reading a lot of manga lately. ^_^ 3-7 of Loveless (WHY ISN'T 8 OUT YET, DAMMIT!)... well okay, that's it right now, but that's just in the last couple of days. ^_^;;; And only at work. On the other hand, the nintendogs have been neglected in favor of this. Meh. I've also got 5-9 of Fullmetal Alchemist and 1-2 of Prince of Tennis sitting on my bookshelves that I haven't even touched yet. And then there's a bunch of regular books that are the same- bought them, haven't picked them up. I should work on that. I can't keep buying books when I haven't even read the ones I've got. ^_^;;;
6. The first two episodes of Bleach were... weird. I finally watched it, and I'm like... "Okay, this is special..." XD We'll see how the next few episodes go. I'm a little bit intrigued now.
7. A co-worker is pregnant. I'm happy for her, because I know she and her husband have been trying. ^_^ I work with both of them, actually. Kevin's the one that told me. He amused me, though- he was telling me how Jess is blaming him for everything now. He was like "What? I did my thirty seconds." XDDDDDDDD Well... at least he's honest about it, I guess. XD
8. Computer's getting pissy. I think I'll turn it off when I go take a shower and go to my appointment.
